Joining Wyndham in March 2004, Patricia A. Lee is currently senior vice president, Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer for Wyndham Worldwide. In her role, she is responsible for Corporate Services human resources as well as the evaluation and fulfillment of Wyndham Worldwide’s global talent management strategy. She works closely with management to develop, deliver and promote enterprise-wide human resources best practices, diversity and inclusion, leadership education and workforce analytics while focusing on the company’s "great place to work" culture. Lee is also responsible for employee learning and development, associate engagement, global staffing, change management, performance assessments and succession planning, among many other employee initiatives focused on driving productivity through engagement.
Lee has more than 25 years of progressive human resources experience. Previously, she served as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at RCI where she championed "Topgrading," aligning talent with business imperatives. Prior to joining RCI, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Liberty Travel and GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Inc. where she obtained proven results in the areas of organizational capability, learning and development, and employee relations. In addition, Lee spent 12 years at Unilever Bestfoods North America, where she held a variety of positions including Director, Organizational Capability; Director, Staffing, Training and Development; Manager, Human Resources; Senior Compensation Analyst; and Human Resources Specialist.
Lee is a member of the N.J. State Advisory Board of Education at Rutgers University as well as serves as a Board Member and President for the Jersey Battered Women's Services. She is also a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors.
Lee holds a bachelor's degree in classics from Lehigh University and a master's degree in human resource management and labor relations from Rutgers University. She also received an executive master's degree from Rutgers University as well as Wharton School of Business.
