Jennifer L. Tilden, Lead Business Opportunity Specialist, recently served as director of the 8(a) Business Development Program for the state of Georgia. She previously served as the Deputy Small Business and Native American Program Manager for the Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District in Winchester, Virginia. During her first federal appointment, she served as an Administrative Contracting Officer for US Army Europe, administering a $235M logistics contract on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo and throughout the Balkans region. Before joining the Federal Government, Jennifer served as Staff Attorney for the Ho-Chunk Tribal Nation of Wisconsin and as a Legal Intern to the late Senator Arlen Spector (D-PA). Jennifer holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Rider University, a Juris Doctor with Indigenous Law Certification from Michigan State University, and is currently enrolled in the Master of the Arts program at Villanova University. Jennifer is also a published author in the fields of animal welfare law and Native American affairs.
